Refund policy

We do not offer a return policy, however we want to make sure our customers are happy, and that any issues get taken care of. We offer you three business days starting from the day the item was marked as delivered to check it for any damages and contact us with any issues. 

You can contact us at desiredcollection@yahoo.com. Once we  receive your email we will review your concerns and get back to you with instructions on how we will proceed. Items sent back to us without first contacting us about any issues will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  When you email us please include a picture of the issue so that we can better assist you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
While we inspect all items and orders carefully we may miss something. In the case of a damaged item that you would like to exchange for the same, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us right away. We will review your case and than inform you on how to proceed to return the item you have.


Refunds
While we currently do not offer refunds on purchases that have been shipped, we do allow a 24 hour grace period in case an order was made in error.

You must email us with in 24 hours of the purchase being made  at desiredcollection@yahoo.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
